  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil Adds flavor and helps achieve crispy skin.
  • 1.5 tablespoons sea salt Enhances natural flavors of the potatoes.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your Ninja Foodi to 400 degrees Fahrenheit using the 'Air Fry' setting.
  • Using a fork, poke several holes into each potato to allow steam to escape.
  • Rub each potato generously with olive oil, ensuring they are coated all around. Sprinkle sea salt over each potato.

Cooking

  • Carefully place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for about 45 minutes.
  • For larger or medium-sized potatoes, increase the cooking time to 50-60 minutes.
  • The potatoes are ready when they can be easily pierced with a fork.

Serving

  • Remove the baked potatoes from the Ninja Foodi, split them in half, and fluff the insides with a fork.
  • Top with your choice of toppings such as butter, sour cream, cheese, or fresh herbs.

Notes

Opt for russet potatoes for best results. There’s no need to wrap the potatoes in foil for air frying, as the skin becomes delightfully crispy without it. If unsure about doneness, poke the potatoes with a fork; they should feel tender inside. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
