Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 ears ears of corn (bearded and husk removed) Fresh, plump, and naturally sweet
  • 4 tablespoons honey sriracha butter (melted) Rich, creamy blend of honey and sriracha
  • 1 wedge lemon wedges (optional) For a zesty brightness

Instructions

Preparation

  • Melt the Honey Sriracha Butter: Heat the honey sriracha butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 20-30 seconds until melted and smooth. Stir well.
  • Prepare the Corn: Coat each ear of corn generously with the melted honey sriracha butter using a pastry brush.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat and place the buttered corn on it. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
  • Brush an additional layer of honey sriracha butter on the corn as it grills.

Serving

  • Remove the grilled corn from the grill and serve hot, optionally with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Notes

For extra flavor, add minced garlic or fresh herbs to the butter. Soak corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to enhance juiciness.
