Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 ears ears of corn on the cob, fresh and plump Choose the freshest corn available.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to a creamy consistency
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced Releases intense aroma.
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt To enhance the flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped Offering a fresh herbal note.
  • Smoked paprika (optional) A hint of smokiness to deepen the flavor profile.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by removing the husks from each ear of corn. Ensure that you take off all the silk strands to achieve a clean, beautiful grilled corn.

Mixing the Garlic Butter

  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly until fully integrated, creating a fragrant and creamy garlic butter.

Grilling the Corn

  • Preheat your outdoor grill. Use a brush to slather the garlic butter generously over each ear of corn, ensuring that each cob is evenly coated.
  • Place the prepared corn on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn each ear every 3 minutes for an even char.

Finishing Touches

  • Once grilled to perfection, sprinkle a few dashes of smoked paprika over the hot corn and serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter for extra dipping.

Notes

For the best flavor, always choose the freshest corn. You can also use a stovetop grill pan if you don't have an outdoor grill. Experiment with flavor variations by adding lime juice or chili powder.
